At Bananhot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your swimwear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original hygiene seal attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our returns portal.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
